NOLS is the National Outdoor Leadership School, an institution teaching leadership skills in the outdoors, and fostering stewardship of natural resources in students.
This semi-annual newsletter is intended for older NOLS alumni and donors, encouraging them to include NOLS in their will, or make larger gifts, such as through life insurance. Telling NOLS' success stories and giving updates on the school's progress, Friends is a carefully laid-out 21.5" x 14" quarter-fold print newsletter.
I worked with the NOLS Development team to obtain content, typeset all copy, select and edit photos, and subsequently work with the printer to press-check and ensure print quality. The general layout of this newsletter is the same from issue to issue and is not my design, though I made some substantial changes to accommodate content.
