When Josh and I started working together, he was transitioning from a corporate sales background into realty, and had just started working with a new firm (LIV Sotheby's International Realty). He requested that his personal realtor branding work well alongside the branding for his parent company, LIV Sotheby's.
For this project, I conducted extensive competitor research, because as Josh was getting established in a new realty scene, it was of utmost importance that he stand out from the existing competition. For the logo, I created a monogram of two J's, with one turned over so that it creates the silhouette of a door that is cracked open, welcoming you into your new home. The font was selected to represent Josh's sophisticated taste in style, and the color his love for the natural beauty, skies and water features of Colorado. Overall, we wanted to emphasize his kind and welcoming nature.
Marketing Materials
Following the branding, I set Josh up with digital and print assets for this new business. Of course social media graphics were of top importance, so I created banners for Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Letterhead was also an important piece of collateral for Josh, so I made sure to create a simple and elegant design that was co-branded with LIV Sotheby's.

Custom Greeting Cards
Besides the social media graphics and letterhead, Josh wanted something with a more personal touch, so we created a set of custom seasonally-themed greeting cards that he could use to write personal notes to his clients. Since his favorite and busiest season is autumn, we made two cards for this season.
